What I learned About Marketing (3 Main Things)
What I learned about marketing (3 Main Things) are as follows:
1) Create my own product first, then become an affiliate.
When I create my own product(s), I have more leverage as an affiliate marketer. My own products give me credibility in the market. But mostly, my own products will make me more money in the long run. Why? I can have a back end product.
2) Create a back end product, or use an affiliate product as a back end.
Why is it so important to have a back end product? Simply put, that’s where the money is. If I have a reasonably inexpensive product at the front end, I not only build my list, but I get qualified buyers. That is so huge and so important. That is why a lot of top marketers actually give away an excellent product for free, so that they can have the back end. Every successful marketer will tell you that the money is in the back end, end of story. You will not get a back end by being an affiliate marketer, so that is why you need your own product. You can however, use affiliate products as back end product, after you have your front end list.
3) Create products fast.
Create your product by either using a webinar format, video, Powerpoint or a pod cast. Most people don’t have the time to sit around all day and read a 100 page ebook on internet marketing. People want inspiration, great ideas or to watch how to do something, which is a lot easier than reading. Show people step by step instructions on how to do something. That is a product. With that, you can either give it away or sell it. Make sure your product is user friendly, and offers valuable information. Time is a huge commodity that people will hate you for if you waste.
