Take some risks and take a leap of faith in business. Sometimes that is what we have to do to get ourselves out there and known to the public.

If I want different results in my business, like increased sales and increased traffic, I have to do something different. Remember, I can try something different and it can either work or not work. Just because I try something different does not mean I am guaranteed for it to work. A lot of things I “try” actually don’t work as I am sure many of us have been barking up a wrong tree. When I find something does not work, I have to backtrack and make a decision, will I keep the program? Did I do it right? Did I do it wrong? Did I half do it? What is going on?

Yes, I have to do some detective work and I usually have resistance to doing that, even though it is a priority if I want to keep growing my business. It is like putting the wrong type of fertilizer on a plant, that can actually kill a plant if you don’t fix it right away or, it’s like pulling out weeds. Maybe I need to back down if my sales approach is too strong. Maybe I have to step it up a notch if my sales approach is too weak.

I am constantly putting integrity back into my business as integrity is essential to keep a business productive. Integrity is being my word, doing complete work, and going beyond what is expected. It is being honest and valuable. When I make a mistake or go off in a direction that is not beneficial to my authentic business model, I have to realign my integrity in the business and keep going in that direction. If I say I am going to do something in my business, even to myself, and I don’t do it, I have to go back and be my word to myself and do what I said I would do or communicate with myself that I in fact am not going to do that. Most of the time, however, it is me going back and doing the things I said I was going to do in my business to keep it going.

The risks I am taking right now is getting myself on Youtube and promoting my affiliate products their. So far I have created one video for an affiliate product, but it’s a start. It is the beginning of an adventure, a marketing adventure on YouTube. I have recently taken Maria Andros Social Media Traffic Blueprint to learn about video marketing and I am still in the process of implementing what I have learned. Soon their will be a logo on my sight and a professional picture of me. Sounds pretty easy doesn’t it? Everything is easy once you know how to do it.
