So What is the BEST Affiliate Marketing Plan?

So, I’ve been blogging since Jan. 09 and getting into internet marketing. Yes, it’s been a bit of a learning curve, but I love it.
However, I am wondering, WHAT IS THE BEST AFFILIATE MARKETING PLAN TO JOIN? Can anybody tell me? Does anybody have an answer? I want to get on the FAST track with affiliate marketing that works.
