Our Word Is Internet Marketing
Every day is a new day for business on the Internet. Marketing is a step by step process of giving out information about your product.
I hear people say to me all the time, “I hope they buy something. I hope they like the product”. Selling products to people has nothing to do with “hope”. It has everything to do with skill. Don’t just “hope” someone will call you and order something from you, put a little effort into the equation and make the sale happen. “How do you do that?” There are a multitude of ways to make the sale, but it all boils down to having a conversation with people, whether on line or in person, simple as that.
Have a conversation about the benefits of the product. If a person is interested in receiving the product they will buy from you. Some people may require more information and that is fine too. Give people more information.
In my opinion, it is ABSOLUTELY essential to give people quality products that will benefit them. My reputation on line is as important to me as my reputation in person. Remember, there are people just like you and me on the other end of the sales letter or conversation to whom you are selling to. Therefore, give accurate information about exactly what the benefits of the product are. With that, there should be at least a 30 day money back guarantee and that should just about do it.
People will be satisfied if you are giving them what you said you would give, and even a little bit more than they thought they would get. People will be happy when they learn they can trust you and your word. Never sell out on your word, whether that be in writing or talking. Your word is really ALL THAT YOU HAVE. At the end of the day, when I really think about it, what else does anybody have if they don’t have thier word? Nothing.
That is one of the reasons that the Internet has a sometimes leary reputation for doing business. Some people have violated their word with others and now all of us have to be mindful of this. Now we all need to put assurances in place, from purchasing secure Internet connections to assuring people we will not rent, trade or sell thier private information, and so it should be!!!!!
