I saw your comments on Tellman and Shawn’s squeeze page post. I was wondering if you could possibly tell me why my redirect did not work. This is what I did:
My objective was to create a nice looking link to my Facebook Page which has a really long URL. I have experience working with HTML code, so figured it’s be a piece of cake. This is what I did:
I downloaded the code, unzipped it and opened it in Notepad. I replaced the words, http://yourwebsite with my long Facebook Page URL. I made sure the quotes were intact and the space was after the first colon. I then saved it as index.php.
Next I went to my website (www.whimsmoore.com) program and created a folder named “facebookpages.” I then uploaded the index.php file.
So when I type http://www.whimsmoore.com/facebookpages into the Firefox browser, it should take me to my Facebook Page, right? It doesn’t. Instead I get a “Page not Found” alert.
Any clue what I did wrong?

Sorry about the difficulties you are having. We have all been there. My advise would be to do what I did, which was watch the redirect video one more time and just follow the step by step directions Brian leads you through. I had to delete everything I did and redo it; the second time around it worked.
When I read your problem I did not understand why you put the space after the first colon, but there may be a reason for that.
