Today I had a live call from Pat and Kyle from the Listbuilding Club. If you are a gold member, you get free coaching calls once per month with feedback from seasoned professionals about blogging and listbuilding. Today this site was critiqued by them. What they told me was the following:

1) personalize my blog by uploading a picture
2) change my theme ASAP (template from WordPress)
3) use personalized video on my blog

Yes, yes, yes to all three points. I agree with them and want to do this, and am in the process of doing so. You should be seeing a new theme, with those following updates, on this blog very soon.

If these 3 points are good for my blog, they may be helpful for you as well. Feel free to implement these ideas on your blog if you haven’t done so already. No matter where we are in Internet marketing, all of us are on the path to growing our businesses and Internet marketing. This site, remember, is a site about growing your Internet business on line.

As for video, I am in the process of learning how to do this. I like to know what I am doing, to some degree, before I just do it, although some of the best ways I have learned things in the past is from just doing it. But when it comes to video, I want them to look professional to a certain standard. I am in the process of taking Maria Andros’ Social Media Marketing Blueprint Course. There is a lot of information to implement and in the next few months, I will be implementing a lot of new things on this blog. It is exciting to learn and to grow, and I hope you come with me on this journey.
